Iran: 21 executed in 2 days, 40 in first two weeks of the new year

Wave of barbaric executions by the by Iranian has taken 40 lives in just the first two weeks of the new year.

At least 17 of them have been clandestinely executed in prisons of Shiraz and Gohardasht of Karaj but the clerical regime has totally refrained from reporting them.

In a two days time span (January 14-15), 21 prisoners have been hanged. Seven were collectively hanged in Gohardasht prison, five prisoners were collectively hanged in Shahroud, another five in Shiraz, two in the city of Ardebil, and one prisoner was hanged in the prison of Tabas.

There was a public hanging in city of Saveh as well.

Wave of escalating suppression, especially the barbaric capital punishment, is merely for the purpose of intensifying the atmosphere of terror in the society and to contain the rage and discontent of Iranian people who are under great pressure.
