Iran’s regime executes 56 people in seven days, including two women and a minor
Trapped in unresolvable economic and political crises, and terrified of popular uprisings and public fury, the Iranian regime’s Supreme Leader, Ali Khamenei, has intensified the massacre of prisoners in order to preserve his cursed clerical rule. In just seven days, from 15 October to 21 October 2025, at least 56 prisoners have been executed. This means that one person is brutally and mercilessly killed every three hours so that the tyrant Khamenei can cling to power.
On Tuesday, 21 October, eight prisoners were executed.
On Monday, 20 October, nine prisoners were hanged.
On Sunday, 19 October, seven prisoners were executed.
On Saturday, 18 October, four prisoners were sent to the gallows.
On Thursday, 16 October, four prisoners were hanged.
On Wednesday, 15 October, in a major atrocity, 24 prisoners were executed.
In addition, two prisoners in Shiraz died last week due to a lack of urgent medical treatment.
The inhumane clerical regime, which cannot survive a single day without torture and executions, has reduced the number of executions in Ghezel Hesar Prison following the hunger strike—only to increase the killings in other prisons. This regime interprets the silence and inaction of the international community as a green light for more executions. The international community must isolate this regime, and its leaders must be brought to justice for 46 years of crimes against humanity and genocide.
