Mohammad Mostafaei, lawyer and children’s rights activist, was summoned to the Shahid Moghaddas prosecutor’s office located in Evin prison. Mostafaei is the lawyer for Sakineh Mohammadi Ashtiani and Mohammad Reza Haddadi.
According to a RAHANA reporter, the summons warrant sent to Mr. Mostafaei’s office on July 21st declared he should visit prosecutor’s office within three days to present explanations on a number of issues.
Mohammad Mostafaei is a lawyer who has made great efforts to save juvenile offenders on death row.
According to Mohammad Mostafei, he successfully defended and saved 18 people from execution.
